Warrants of series TO6
In July 2026, Prostatype Genomics carried out a rights issue of units that raised approximately SEK 47.4 million for the Company before issue costs. Through the rights issue and a directed issue, a total of 125,225,546 warrants of series TO6 were issued. Each TO6 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Prostatype Genomics during the exercise period, which runs from 1 to 15 September 2026. The subscription price for TO6 has been set at SEK 0.10 per share. Upon full exercise of the warrants of series TO6, the Company will receive approximately SEK 12.5 million before issue costs. Ahead of the exercise of TO6, the Company has secured subscription commitments, letters of intent and top-down underwriting commitments totaling approximately SEK 8.7 million, corresponding to approximately 70 percent of the maximum offering volume.
